|Recommended: YesMy feedback during the renting process — The three leasing staff - LeAnn, Lauren, and Andrew were great. They treated prospective tenants with kindness and respect, and were very helpful throughout the process. They are a great team. Their manager however was the opposite. She was rude, interrupted conversations, initiated conversations with the tenants without greeting them or introducing herself, just rudely intervening and talking down to them like we are her assistants. She made the leasing process unpleasant.
